Publication of Governance Documents
A number of documents relating to the governance of the Commission have now been published and are available to view here (link now removed, October 2008).
We are currently unable to access our complaints system due to a security incident with one of our software suppliers. This means we do not currently have access to information about ongoing complaints. We also cannot accept new complaints via our website or process new or ongoing complaints.
