Association of Construction Attorneys trends analysis and audits

In 2026 we carried out a review of the conduct complaint handling procedure operated by the Association of Construction Attorneys (ACA). We noted that at the time of writing, the process had not been tested as no complaints had been received. However, on the basis of the information received, we are satisfied that ACA is suitably prepared to handle potential complaints, having a clearly defined complaints procedure.
