Our budget

The Scottish Legal Complaints Commission is funded by a levy paid by legal practitioners operating in Scotland. The Operating Plan and Budget both cover the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

Our budget and operating plan were laid before the Scottish Parliament in March 2026.
