We aim to provide an excellent service, but we know things can sometimes go wrong. Let us put your concerns right quickly.
If you are in any way unhappy with our service, the quickest way for us to help you is to contact the member of the SLCC who is providing this service. We are always open to feedback, and we are human and do make errors. We will provide a response within 7 days.
Service Delivery Complaint
If you are unable to resolve your concerns directly with the member of staff, the Director of Resolution will allocate your concerns to a manager that has no involvement with your complaint. Please follow the interactive form below to submit your concerns. This will be reviewed by a manager and a written response will be provided within 14 days.
