How to contact us regarding your concerns
We aim to provide an excellent service, but we know things can sometimes go wrong. Let us put your concerns right quickly.
If you are in any way unhappy with our service, the quickest way for us to help you is to contact the member of the SLCC who is providing this service. We are always open to feedback, and we are human and do make errors. We will provide a response within 7 days.
Service Delivery Complaint
If you are unable to resolve your concerns directly with the member of staff, the Director of Resolution will allocate your concerns to a manager that has no involvement with your complaint. Please follow the interactive form below to submit your concerns. This will be considered by a manager and a written response will be provided within 14 days.
Review of a Service Delivery Complaint
If you consider the service delivery complaint response failed to consider some information or got something factually incorrect, then you can ask for the decision to be reviewed. Please provide details, via email, of why you think a review of the service delivery complaint is required to Enquiries@scottishlegalcomplaints.org.uk marked “Review Service Delivery Complaint” or send us a letter. A senior manager will review your concerns and provide a written response within 28 days.
