SLCC consults on updated rules following 2025 Act
The Scottish Legal Complaints Commission (SLCC) is consulting on draft updated rules and would welcome comments from everyone with an interest in its work.
We are currently unable to access our complaints system due to a security incident with one of our software suppliers. This means we do not currently have access to information about ongoing complaints. We also cannot accept new complaints via our website or process new or ongoing complaints.
