SLCC reports highest ever number of complaints
The SLCC has reported its highest ever number of incoming complaints – 1,385 in 2023-24 – significantly exceeding projections for the year.
We are currently unable to access our complaints system due to a security incident with one of our software suppliers. This means we do not currently have access to information about ongoing complaints. We also cannot accept new complaints via our website or process new or ongoing complaints.
