SLCC highlights work on improvement in annual report
The SLCC has highlighted an improving picture in its complaints handling, as it publishes its annual report and annual accounts which were laid before the Scottish Parliament earlier today.
We are currently unable to access our complaints system due to a security incident with one of our software suppliers. This means we do not currently have access to information about ongoing complaints. We also cannot accept new complaints via our website or process new or ongoing complaints.
