Draft Determination Rule Change
The SLCC has announced a change to its rules to remove the draft determination stage from the complaints process.
We are currently unable to access our complaints system due to a security incident with one of our software suppliers. This means we do not currently have access to information about ongoing complaints. We also cannot accept new complaints via our online complaint form or process new or ongoing complaints.
