Online complaint form temporarily unavailable

We are currently unable to access our complaints system due to a security incident, which is being investigated by one of our software suppliers.

This means we do not currently have access to information about ongoing complaints. We also cannot accept new complaints via our website or process new or ongoing complaints.

We don’t yet know whether the issue affects our complaints system, or the data stored within it. Access to the complaints system has been shut down as a security precaution while our software supplier carries out investigations.

You can find answers to some frequently asked questions on this page. We will update our website with new information as we have it. 

We take data security very seriously and we are in contact with our software provider about this ongoing issue.
