Transactions Over £25,000 (April 2024 Onwards)

Request 

  1.         All of the SLCC’s transactions over £25,000 for April 2024 onwards.

Response 

Section 27(1) states the following:

  • The information is held with a view to its being published, by a Scottish public authority or any other person, at a date not later than 12 weeks after that on which the request for the information is made; 
  • When the request is made, the information is already being held with that view; and
  • It is reasonable, in all the circumstances, that the information be withheld from disclosure until the intended publication date

The SLCC publishes the data requested by its financial year, which is 1 July to 30 June.  We are currently going through our year end audit process, this is due to be completed by 31 October 2025.  Once this is done the SLCC can then compile the PSRA data and this will then be published on our website no later than Friday 14 November 2025.
