The SLCC continues to accept new complaints and manage complaints within our system. Our complaints process is working as normal and there is no impact on complaint resolution times.

We are available on the telephone to assist with new enquiries or help with how to make a complaint from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (with the exception of Tuesdays when the phones will open at 11am). Our ability to transfer calls to other staff is limited, however, so if your complaint has a Case Investigator allocated to it, you should contact them directly by email.
Due to government restrictions we are unable to welcome guests at our office, and postal deliveries are being processed twice weekly.
These arrangements are being kept under review, in line with government advice.
